Consumers Cooperative Purchases ALCIVIA’s Convenience Stores

Cottage Grove, WI and Sauk City, WI – ALCIVIA and Consumers Cooperative jointly announced today that they have agreed to terms for the sale of ALCIVIA’s convenience stores (C-Stores) to Consumers Cooperative and have executed a purchase agreement. The closing date of the transaction will be announced shortly.

In the spirt of true cooperative collaboration, ALCIVIA and Consumers Cooperative engaged in talks with the purpose of strengthening their core business units.
