Please complete the steps below to establish your account with ALCIVIA.

Step 1

Submit Credit application.

Please complete one of the following applications. If you are unsure which to fill, please fill the individual application. 

Please note, the New Grain Customer Form is for grain customers only.

Your credit application will ask for a state tax-exempt form. If you are tax-exempt and do not have a form already filled out, please fill out a form for each state you do business in. 

Wait here before moving on to Step 2

Please do not continue until your credit application has been approved and you have your customer number.

This process takes between 24 and 48 business hours. 

Step 2

Create a new account on our customer portal. This customer portal will allow you to view your past and present statements, pay your bill online, check bookings, view grain scale tickets and contracts, and more.
