Kari is co-owner of Tri-Fecta Farms in Fox Lake along with her two siblings. They have a 500-cow dairy with 2,000 acres of corn, wheat, rye, alfalfa, and soybeans, and farm alongside their parents. Kari handles all things related to finances and strategic planning for the farm. She has worked full-time at Edgewood College for more than 20 years. Kari has been married for 23 years and has 2 children.
