Mondovi purchased fertilizer plant Osseo/Kings Valley

1980

Augusta acquired Fall Creek – Fall Creek grain and fertilizer company

Name changed to Cottage Grove Cooperative

Rio Farmers Union Co-op merged with Cottage Grove Cooperative

1998

Countryside Cooperative created – Durand and Mondovi Co-op joined to create Countryside

Goldstar Cooperative Founded Augusta Farmers Union joined Countryside

Columbus-Fall River Cooperative Oil Company merged with Cottage Grove Cooperative Formation of Landmark Agronomy Services with Union Cooperative

Cottage Grove Cooperative and Union Cooperative merged to form Landmark Services Cooperative
