Rodney has extensive leadership and operational experience and more than 25 years in the cooperative system including positions with CFS, AgQuest, Cannon Valley Cooperative, and Farm Credit Services. Most recently, Rodney served as ALCIVIA’s COO since 2020 and interim CEO since July 2025. With a proven track record of strategic leadership, team development, and a strong customer focus, he brings a servant approach to driving organizational excellence.
Rodney and Jo, his wife of 29 years, reside in Mondovi, Wisconsin, with their son Cole, a student at Mondovi High School. Their daughter Cassy and her husband Caleb live nearby with their daughter Marlena. When he’s not serving the cooperative, Rodney enjoys cheering on local high school sports, spending time outdoors with his family, and staying actively involved in the community.
