You'll see more of us in your communities. We will be at dairy breakfasts, fairs, local events, in our locations, and out on farms. Those conversations matter. They help us understand what’s working and where we need to be better.

Being engaged locally is part of doing our job right, and it's something we are committed to.

We're working to make things easier.

We’re making it easier to reach the right person, following up faster, and giving clearer answers. We’re redesigning our phone system and improving our customer onboarding experience. We’re evaluating staffing at our locations to assist you in person. Most importantly, our teams are in a better position to help you.
