When you call a local facility, just stay on the line and your call will be routed to the  location and the teams that support it. If you wish to use a self-help menu, we’ve simplified the interface making it easier to reach your ALCIVIA team and get the answers you need. And when you leave a message, we’re committed to following up promptly because your time matters and your needs are critical.

  2. A simpler new customer experience. Getting started with a local co-op shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why we’ve streamlined our onboarding process to reduce delays, simplify paperwork, and help new customers get up and running with us more quickly.

  3. Local service you can feel. Relationships still matter. We’re investing in local service by increasing our presence in communities across our footprint. It’s part of our commitment to making ALCIVIA easier to do business with and ensuring customers have access to knowledgeable people who understand their operation and their area.

  4. Manage your account anytime, anywhere with myALCIVIA. Convenience matters too. With myALCIVIA, you can manage your account 24/7. From paying bills and viewing account information to requesting service and ordering fuel and propane, your account information is available whenever and wherever you need it.
  5. Making propane service simpler. We’ve listened to your feedback and removed policies that created unnecessary frustration. We’re streamlining our pricing, simplifying processes, and making your service easier to understand so you can spend less time navigating details and more time focusing on what matters.

  6. Working alongside you and your nutritionist. For dairy producers, flexibility is important. That’s why we proudly work alongside independent nutritionists, manufacturing feed to their specifications and helping producers maintain the nutrition programs they trust.

  7. An even better grain experience. We’re also making changes to create a more customer-friendly grain experience, including updates to grain fees and programs designed to better serve today’s producers.
