ALCIVIA has completed the sale of its agronomy business unit as part of a strategic decision to strengthen our cooperative and expand investment in our core areas of service. This transition allows us to focus our resources on animal nutrition, energy, and grain, helping us deliver even greater value and long-term stability for our members and customers.

Our commitment to serving farmers, businesses, and communities remains unchanged. The transition has been carefully coordinated to ensure customers continue receiving the products, expertise, and support they rely on.
ALCIVIA worked closely with trusted cooperative partners to ensure a smooth handoff of agronomy services. Existing contracts, quotes, and prepaid agronomy balances have been honored and transitioned to the acquiring cooperatives.
Customers can also continue working with many of the same agronomy professionals they know, helping maintain continuity of service and relationships.
