Referral Programs
Contractor Propane referral
Contractors will receive a $100 credit to their account (default) or gift card of their choice for each new residential propane customer referred to ALCIVIA. The referred customer must meet these requirements:
- New Customers (Cannot have purchased LP from ALCIVIA the past 12mo)
- 500-gal tank or larger
- Must sign lease agreement.
- No alternative heat source or customer-owned tank
Residential PROPANE REFERRAL
For referring friends, family, or neighbors to ALCIVIA propane, you will receive $50 for EVERY residential propane referral.
- New customers (Cannot have purchased LP from ALCIVIA the past 12 months)
- 500-gal tank or larger
- Must sign lease agreement for 60 months.
- No alternative heat source or customer-owned tank
Tank Monitoring
ALCIVIA offers the ultimate in propane reliability with our propane tank monitoring system. The associated Android and Apple app lets you request a refill, customize level alerts, track tank levels in real time, and consult your usage history. Such 24×7 monitoring of tank levels provides the peace of mind that you, and ALCIVIA, can actively assess the level of your tank to help prevent a low fuel or run-out event.
