Rodney brings extensive leadership and operational experience to the interim role, having served as COO since 2020, and more than 25 years in the cooperative system. Throughout his tenure, Rodney has played a critical role in executing ALCIVIA’s long-term strategy, leading operational improvements, and strengthening member and employee relationships.
Rodney and Jo, his wife of 29 years, reside in Mondovi, Wisconsin, with their son Cole, a student at Mondovi High School. Their daughter Cassy and her husband Caleb live nearby with their daughter Marlena. When he’s not serving the cooperative, Rodney enjoys cheering on local high school sports, spending time outdoors with his family, and staying actively involved in the cattle industry.
